UI & Feature Update: Character Select & Creation

I've completely rewritten both the Character Select and Character Creation screens from the ground up.

For the Character Select screen, I went with a much cleaner, more minimalistic interface. I've also added full camera controls, so you can now freely rotate and zoom in on your characters right from the lobby.

For the Character Creation screen, I've added a whole set of brand new features to let you properly personalize your character before jumping into the game. The new features include:
